This website is operated and provided by Mom and Pop Quilt Shop Ltd. having its registered office at 127 Trafalgar Road, Hillsburgh, Ontario, Canada N0B1Z0.

References to “Mom and Pop Quilt Shop”, “we”, “us” or “our” are references to Mom and Pop Quilt Shop Ltd.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information in an open and transparent manner. This policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect and use your personal information in connection with your relationship with us as a customer or potential customer including;

through your use of our products and services;
by interacting with our content and/or services such as online training; or
by contacting our Support team.

In this Privacy Policy, your information is sometimes called “personal data”. We may also sometimes collectively refer to handling, collecting, protecting and storing your personal data as “processing” such personal data.

If we do so, we will post the updated version on the Site and within our products where applicable and it will apply to all your information held by us at the time. Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfil orders, process refunds and support you.

Our Site may contain links to other sites, including via our social media buttons. While we try to link only to websites that share our high standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by other websites and a link does not constitute an endorsement of that website. Patreon features in this website

In order to enable you to use this website with Patreon services, we save certain functionally important Patreon information about you in this website if you log in with Patreon.

These include your Patreon user id, Patreon username, your first, last names and your vanity name. Additionally, the id of your campaign at Patreon and your campaign’s Patreon URL are also saved.

If you request that your data be deleted from this website, this data will also be deleted and Patreon functionality will not work. You would need to register on this website and log in to this website with Patreon again in order to re-populate this data and have Patreon functionality working again.
